No problem, quickly change your background or blur it to hide the clothes scattered all over the place. This article will show you how to change your background in a Microsoft Teams meeting.

How To Change Your Background in a Microsoft Teams Meeting From The Microsoft Teams Desktopp App

To change your background in a Microsoft Teams meeting while using the Microsoft Teams desktop app, follow these steps.

Step 1: In the meeting window, click on the “More Actions” button (the “…”).

Step 2: Click on “Apply Background Effects”.

Step 3: Select the background that you would like to use and click “Apply”. Note that if you would like to see how the background will appear before enabling it, click “Preview”.

To disable a background effect or blurred background in a Microsoft Teams meeting follow the steps outlined below.

Step 1: In the meeting window click on the “More Actions” button (the “…”) and click on “Apply Background Effects”.
